We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team at The University Club of St Paul. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will deliver exceptional service and contribute to creating extraordinary guest experience in a sophisticated, high-end environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cocktail Creation: Craft and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, offering expert recommendations based on preferences and menu offerings.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Ensure all bar equipment is in good working condition and regularly sanitized.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of wines, spirits, and cocktails. Be knowledgeable about our curated wine list, craft cocktails, and seasonal drink specials.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Order Accuracy: Accurately take drink orders and ensure quick, efficient service while maintaining high standards of quality.
