Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
  • Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with unit turns, including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance practices
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required
