  • Create and manage a productivity pipeline that includes supplier consolidation, indexed pricing governance, localization, competitive sourcing, should-cost negotiation, value engineering, and total-cost reduction.
  • Review and recommend suppliers based on total value, including cost, manufacturing capability, quality system maturity, certification requirements, delivery performance, business continuity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor metals, valve, extinguisher, and relevant commodity markets and communicate inflation, tariff, capacity, logistics, and supply risks to procurement and business leadership.
  • Manage supplier performance reviews, escalation plans, recovery actions, and long-term improvement roadmaps with quality, operations, planning, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Ensure sourcing decisions comply with trade, safety, regulatory, restricted-party, supplier onboarding, NDA, tooling, and contract requirements.
  • Develop direct reports or matrixed team members by setting priorities, coaching sourcing discipline, and driving a clear operating cadence.
  • Gross and net productivity delivery against approved annual targets.
  • Supplier consolidation, preferred supplier utilization, and reduction of unmanaged spend.
  • Supply continuity, supplier on-time delivery, supplier quality performance, and lead-time reduction.
  • Contract coverage, payment-term improvement, and working-capital contribution.
  • Inflation mitigation, cost-avoidance delivery, and market intelligence adoption by the business.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and speed of execution across engineering, operations, quality, finance, and business unit teams.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capability, including cost modeling, TCO analysis, market benchmarking, supplier quote analysis, and executive-level business case development.
  • Ability to lead across a matrixed global organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working with ERP, sourcing, spend analytics, contract management, or supplier performance systems.
