Must Have Skills:
• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives

• Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream
• SAP Commodity Management Consultant to Support the implemented SAP Commodity Management solutions.
• Total 5+ years of experience, where 3 + years of relevant work experience with SAP CM, CPE, Commodity and Risk Management solutions, CTRM and Hedge Accounting
• The delivery of services will involve solution roadmap development, functional design, and Support of SAP CM, CPE and related modules and processes.
• Defining, planning, and executing end-to-end Commodity & Risk Management solutions, including transaction capture, risk management, logistics, and accounting.
• Perform Functional analysis work in support of SAP CM Processes
• Responsible for requirements gathering and development of functional specs for custom developments
• Develop proofs of concepts in SAP CM
• Working knowledge for the integration with SAP modules: MM, SD, TSW, TRM, FICO
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client presentations.
• Effective leadership and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines.
• At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• At least six (6) years' experience in proposal and business case development
• Proven sales experience
• Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA
• Develops detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
• Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
• Expert understanding of program financials and processes
• Provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
• Deep understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
• Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA
• Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
• Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
• Experience managing 20+ resources
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
