Position Summary
The Commercial Support Administrator provides end-to-end administrative support for commodity merchandising within the Vegetable Oil Feedstocks Profit Center, including the execution of contracts, rates, and coordination of logistical support for commodity shipments by rail, truck, or barge. Operating in a fast-paced trade floor environment, the role requires heavy data entry, advanced use of Excel, and meticulous attention to detail to enable timely, accurate transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter contracts, create contract folders, and ensure the accuracy of files and documents for production.
  • Assist with invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Manage assigned customer problems with shipments.
  • Review receivables and payables needing additional paperwork to complete processing and initiate follow up communication.
  • Create and edit inbound/outbound tickets.
  • Answer inbound phone calls, assist walk in vendors, and respond to accounting and originations inquires professionally and promptly.

  • Ability to work in the office five days per week (Monday - Friday)
