Job description

Description

Home Every Night. Real Equipment. No B.S.

Northwest Beef Express has been running since 1998 hauling live cattle and cattle feed across the region. We're family-owned, and we run a tight, honest operation - the kind of place where people actually know your name and your rig gets taken care of.

We're adding a day driver to our team who can handle a mix of hauls - lowboy loads, rock, and commodities. We need someone who knows their way around varied equipment and isn't afraid to get dirty.

Local runs only - you're home every single night

Full-time, year-round work - no seasonal layoffs

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - here's how it pays out:

  • $750 at 90 days
  • $1,250 at 6 months
  • $750 every 90 days after that until you hit the full $5K

What the Job Looks Like

You'll be hauling commodities, rock, and lowboy loads around the Hermiston area. No team driving, home every day except for out-of-town work a couple times of the year if wanted - just solid day work with good equipment and people who respect what you do. We don't micromanage, and you are never "just a number" here.

The Benefits Package (Yeah, It's Solid)

Health, Vision & Dental - NBX covers 85% of premiums for you and your family

Health Savings Account (HSA)

401K - Traditional & Roth options; NBX matches 100% of your first 5% contribution

Life Insurance

Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays

Weekend Incentives - extra money for extra days

Clean, well-maintained equipment - in-house fleet shop on-site with fuel, so your truck is always ready to roll

Interested?

Give us a call at 541-289-7203 - we'd rather talk to you than have you fill out a bunch of forms.

NBX will consider reasonable accommodations to enable a qualified individual with a disability to perform the essential functions of the position. This includes accommodations related to lifting, standing, physical work, or other job-related requirements. Please contact Human Resources if you need assistance.
