Job Description

Part Time Confidential Admin Assistant to Superintendent of Glocester Elementary Schools, APRA Coordinator for Glocester Schools Hours will be flexible. School Committee Clerk: Attend monthly meetings and prepare information for school committee members for meetings. Position Type: Part-time Salary: up to $12,500 Per Year Job Categories: Support Staff > Administrative Assistant

Job Requirements
  • Confidential Administrative Assistant: Strong organizational, time management and communication skills. Proficiency in basic office software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) /Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). School Committee Clerk: Prepare meeting agendas and packets and maintain the board's official public records, ensuring compliance with state open meetings laws and public records. Attend all school committee meetings (typically 1st Tuesday of the month in the evening) APRA Coordinator (Access to Public Records Act): responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling public records request in compliance with state laws.
