What You'll Do

As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest by providing genuine hospitality and outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and serving guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering food to dine-in guests and mobile order customers
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met
  • Supporting teammates throughout the restaurant as needed
  • Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
  • Looking for opportunities to serve guests and support the team
