  • Manage construction projects in the field, including quality control, conflict resolution, and coordination of a multi-discipline contractor team
  • Assist in piloting new technologies and implementing adopted technologies such as drones, virtual reality, augmented reality, 360 cameras, and laser scanning
  • Complete project control tasks, including project strategy, developing detail roadmap, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, analysis and/or construction

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Experience with project management of major construction projects including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management
  • Proficiency in REVIT, NX, ArcGIS and/or Civil 3D platforms
  • Proficiency reading and interpreting equipment schematics, P&IDs, OEM manuals, and construction drawings
  • Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while maintaining a high sense of urgency in a high-paced, challenging work environment
  • Ability to perform trade studies and make clear recommendations using first principles and engineering fundamentals even with partial information
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomacy, and communication skills for summarizing accomplishments in fast-paced environments; detail-oriented, organized, with a high sense of urgency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, Smartsheet, Jira, or project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
