Job description

Overview

We are hiring an Architectural Drafter Expert fluent in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

  • Create construction document (CD) sets in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate drawings with Structural, Civil and MEP engineering and other consultant files.
  • Apply local Texas building codes and zoning laws to projects.
  • Update drawings based on redlines and field measurements.
  • Assist in ASI’s, Change Orders, RFI responses.
  • Assist with document preparation, including specifications.

Requirements

  • Ability to always act professionally, including consultant & client contacting.
  • Ability to projects including coordinating with Engineers and other consultants.
  • Strong, professional proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience producing complete architectural drawing packages.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Software proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; An associate’s degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience in Architectural Drafting. Expert and fluent in Revit and AutoCAD.
