Construction Foreman: Hands-On Field Leader Important Note:
This is a physically demanding role requiring active participation in construction tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds, performing manual labor alongside crews, and managing aggressive day-to-night schedules. This position requires 100% nationwide travel with no fixed home base. You will be on the road full-time, working at project sites across the U.S. This is not a desk-bound or trailer-bound position—you’ll lead from the front in the field, every day.

Job Title: Construction Foreman
Location: Nationwide (100% Travel Required)
Salary: $80,000 – $115,000/year (based on experience)
Benefits: Daily Per Diem, Group Health Insurance, Dental & Vision Discounts, Direct Deposit, Career Growth Opportunities

About Us Join a fast-growing construction company specializing in concrete work for major retailers like Walmart and Target. We don’t just build structures; we build careers. Embrace a career of adventure, traveling across the U.S. while growing as a leader in a company expanding into General Contracting. Be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and community.

Why Choose Us?

  • Career Growth: New roles and advancement opportunities (many of our Superintendents started as Foremen).
  • Adventure: Travel nationwide while building iconic projects.
  • Team Culture: Join a crew that prioritizes safety, quality, and mutual respect.

Job Description As a Construction Foreman, you’ll run concrete construction projects from footings to finishes, working hands-on with your crew while traveling 100% of the time to project sites nationwide. You’ll keep the job moving, ensure safety and quality, and be the go-to leader on site—actively pouring, forming, finishing, and leading by example during long days and night pours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and work alongside concrete crews, actively engaging in hands-on tasks (formwork, rebar, pouring, finishing, layout).
  • Perform physical labor daily, including lifting up to 80 pounds.
  • Keep projects on schedule and within budget across multiple U.S. sites.
  • Enforce ADA, OSHA, and MSHA safety standards—lead by example, every shift.
  • Delegate tasks to crew members while jumping in wherever needed.
  • Communicate daily with the Superintendent, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment in the field.
  • Adapt to aggressive day-to-night schedules, weather extremes, and constant travel.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in concrete construction with proven leadership running crews in the field.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 80+ pounds and perform hands-on concrete work daily.
  • Travel: 100% nationwide travel required—no fixed home base. You live on the road.
  • Skills:
    • Strong field leadership—crew follows you because you work harder than anyone.
    • Expert in blueprint reading, laser/level use, layout, form setting, pouring, and finishing.
    • Comfortable running skid steers, forklifts, and small equipment.
    • Familiar with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar (not required but a plus).
    • Excellent communication and ability to keep morale high on tough jobs.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
  • Adaptability: Thrives on night work, travel, and tough conditions.
  • Language: Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a big plus.

Your Journey Starts Here If you’re a concrete tradesperson who lives for the pour, loves running a tight crew, and is ready to lead by example on job sites across America—this is your role. Only apply if you’re 100% committed to full-time nationwide travel and daily hands-on work.

Note: This is a true road warrior position—100% travel, heavy physical labor, long hours, and real concrete work every day. If that’s your life, we want you.
