Position Overview
 The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries and internal coordination.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales materials.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights for performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution of client deliverables.
  • Support sales events, training sessions, and client-facing initiatives.
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and task lists to ensure timely completion of sales objectives.
Compensation:
Commission Structure

Performance-based commission is paid as follows:
Commission Event | Payout
Closed deals | 1.5% commission
Complex RFPs | 2% commission
Commission cap | $1,500 per deal
