Houston, Texas - Memorial Area
Two Days Ea. Week (Monday & Wednesday or Monday & Thursday) On-Site (8-hours ea. shift)
$60-$70 Per Hour + Performance Incentives
A growing concierge medicine health and wellness practice in Houston's Memorial area is seeking a patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team long-term, approximately two days per week. This role also offers bonus opportunity and growth within the organization.
This is an opportunity to practice in a personalized environment focused on helping patients improve their health, energy, confidence, metabolic wellness, and overall quality of life. The practice provides specialized care in areas including testosterone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight management, sexual wellness, peptide and vitamin therapies, and preventive health.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe treatment under physician supervision
  • Develop individualized care plans and educate patients on TRT benefits, expectations, and monitoring
  • Manage hormone-optimization and medically supervised weight-loss programs
  • Administer ED treatments, including GainsWave, P-Shot, and Trimix
  • Administer intramuscular and PRP injections
  • Order and review relevant laboratory testing and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response
  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants and front-desk staff to support patient flow and clinic goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and professional standards
What We're Looking For
  • Active and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current national certification as an FNP, AGNP, or comparable advanced-practice provider
  • Active DEA certificate in good standing
  • Active controlled-substance registration, where required
  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, men's health, weight management, urology, sexual health, or a related clinical setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and treatment-planning skills
  • Experience with-or a genuine interest in learning-hormone optimization, medical weight management, and men's wellness, concierge medicine
  • Confidence reviewing and interpreting laboratory results
  • Strong patient-education and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfort discussing hormone health, weight management, sexual wellness, and other sensitive health concerns
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented clinical environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to meet the organization's credentialing and malpractice requirements
  • Availability to work approximately two days per week on-site in Houston's Memorial area
