Commission Telework It Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Under the administrative direction of the Chief, Administrative Services Division (ASD), the Assistant Chief, Administrative Services Division works collaboratively with the Chief, ASD. The Assistant Chief, ASD manages the multidisciplinary administrative programs and staff in the State Lands Commission's (Commission) Human Resources/Labor Relations, Records Management, and Fiscal Services (Accounting, Budgets, Procurement, and Business Services) sections.
Note:
Posted salaries do not reflect the 2 - 4.62% pay reduction in exchange for 3.5 - 8 hours per month of leave arising from the Personal Leave Program 2025. Information related to salary reductions is available in Section 2113 of the CalHR Human Resources Manual.
New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable.

Working Conditions

• Core work hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Necessary work outside of core business hours as workload requires or when unforeseen events occur.
• Sit, bend, stoop, stand while working.
• Daily use of standard office equipments.
• Temperature controlled office with artificial light.
• appropriate business attire required.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• This position may be eligible for hybrid telework under Government Code 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California, subject to the candidate meeting telework eligibility criteria set forth in the State Lands Commission policy and/or future program need. Employees not residing in California are not eligible for telework. Regardless of telework eligibility, all employees may be required to report to the position's designated headquarters location, as indicated on their duty statement, at their own expense.
