Tech Mahindra Network Services International ( Formerly LCC) has a project in Carolinas and is looking for an RF Engineer with CIQ and ATT experience, preferably Raleigh.

The required skillset includes:

  • RF CIQ experience for Ericsson and ALU/Nokia equipment
  • Very good accuracy and consistency. Attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge about RF & BBU hardware configuration for Ericsson and ALU/Nokia equipment
  • Good knowledge about parameters and features for Ericsson and ALU/Nokia networks
  • Capabilities to create CIQs when new equipment type is introduced by the market
  • Strong RF background (needs to understand site configuration from RFDS)
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Atoll experience is a plus
  • Quick learner
  • Prior AT&T experience is a huge plus
Job Requirements
  • 6+ yrs years of RF Design Experience with CIQ experience.
  • Must be familiar with Planet and running Propogation Plots
  • Must be familiar with MapInfo and importing/exporting files
  • Excellent RF Basic knowledge and RF Design Methodology
  • Highly Organized and Process Oriented
  • Programming or VBA knowledge preferred
