Position Overview

As a Household Goods Sales Representative, you will work on a high-energy team that includes colleagues from sales, customer service, and operations to drive growth. Your determination, passion to solve problems, and ability to think outside the box are crucial to our success.

This role focuses on generating and converting qualified leads through a combination of direct sales efforts, networking, and relationship maintenance while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company-provided value-added services and solutions
  • Conduct in-home and virtual surveys of customers' household goods items
  • Deliver precise estimates customizing clients' needs with timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity
  • Collaborate effectively with internal sales, customer service, and operations teams
  • Work independently while meeting deadlines, taking initiative, and maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Generate and convert leads through company-provided inquiries, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience; experience in the household goods industry is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) preferred but not required

Compensation
