Are you passionate about helping children improve their communication skills and quality of life? Pro Step Therapy, Inc is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. As a leading provider of outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, we specialize in rehabilitation and wellness programs that make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide language therapy and speech therapy services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on treatment planning
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills

Required Skills:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • CCC certification, will accept graduates in their clinical fellowship year
  • Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
  • Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:
