Rieck Services is seeking a Project Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, building automation, or facility services experience who wants to leverage their technical expertise in a consultative sales role.

As a Project Sales Representative, you'll develop new customer relationships, identify project opportunities, create customized solutions, and oversee successful project execution across a variety of commercial and institutional markets.

What You'll DoBusiness Development & Sales
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new commercial HVAC and mechanical project opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with facility managers, building owners, engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Conduct facility assessments and identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency
  • Develop scopes of work, proposals, and engineered solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Present recommendations, negotiate agreements, and close project sales
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle 
Technical Consulting
  • Evaluate commercial HVAC and mechanical systems to identify repair, replacement, retrofit, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and technical experts to develop practical customer solutions
  • Recommend cost-effective strategies that improve building performance and reduce long-term operating costs
  • Help customers make informed decisions regarding their facility infrastructure
Project Management
  • Manage projects from award through completion
  • Coordinate equipment procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and project resources
  • Conduct project kickoff, planning, and turnover meetings
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, profitability, billing, and collections
  • Ensure projects meet customer expectations, safety standards, and contractual requirements
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, HVAC service sales, project management, account management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and facility operations
  • Experience identifying and developing project opportunities with commercial customers
  • Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
