Love guest interaction, high-energy environments, and closing sales? Manthey Hospitality is hiring Ticket Sales Agents to serve as the bold, energetic ambassadors for Nashville Riverboats. This is a highly proactive, outbound sales role, perfect for someone who enjoys "pounding the pavement," engaging the public, and turning conversations into ticket sales.

Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.


What You'll Do 

  • Greet guests and provide accurate information on schedules, routes, pricing, and policies
  • Actively engage the general public along the riverfront and surrounding areas
  • "Pound the pavement" to generate interest and drive same-day ticket sales
  • Initiate conversations, overcome objections, and close sales on the spot
  • Promote upgrades, premium experiences, and cross-brand offerings
  • Distribute wristbands and boarding passes, and assist with wayfinding and boarding
  • Support crowd flow and manage mobile kiosk traffic during peak times
  • Process electronic POS transactions accurately
  • Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready booths and kiosks
  • Restock brochures and supplies; communicate with operations regarding capacity and scheduling
  • Assist with special events and other operational needs as required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $15/hour base pay + 3% uncapped commission on all sales
