• Coverage Model: 12-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month 24-hour mid-level coverage

• Number of Beds: 333 hospital beds

• Acuity: Medium

• EMR: Allscripts

• Admissions/Transfers: 6% admission rate

• Fellowship/Residency: Yes

• Moonlighting: Yes

Qualifications

• Licensure: Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Board Certification: Board Certification / Board Eligible - ABEM, ABFM, ABIM

• Experience: Prior EM experience required

• Skills & Procedures: Broad EM skills set appropriate for a critical access facility

• Badges: ATLS, PALS, BLS

$50,000 sign-on (depending on experience and qualifications)
