If so, we want you to join our team.Location: Durham, NCPosition: Retreading Facility SupervisorWhat You'll Do:Oversee daily operations and ensure production goals are metTrain, coach, and supervise team members' performanceAssist in the production process and help in stations that are falling behindMaintain production quality and safety standardsManage schedules, payroll, and inventory levelsEnsure routine maintenance is performed on retreading production equipmentFacilitate repairs on production equipment as neededAddress customer and employee concerns with effective solutionsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GEDRetread plant management experience requiredRetread plant technician experienceStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamMechanical skills (a plus, but not required)We offer a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.Pay is a weekly salary plus the oppurunity to earn commission based on shop performance.Apply today and be part of our team.
