What You'll Do
- Meet with families (virtually) who already know about us or were referred to us by another family member
- Walk them through protection plans that cover their income, mortgage, children's education, and final expenses
- Help clients choose the right coverage based on their needs and budget
- Follow up with existing clients to review and update their policies
- Complete new business applications and guide clients through enrollment
- Attend weekly team training and professional development sessions
Who This Is For
- You've worked at AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Best Buy, or a similar retail/sales environment and you're tired of the ceiling
- You're in a call center or customer service role and you know you're capable of more
- You've done restaurant or hospitality work and you're ready for your people skills to translate into real money
- You've sold phones, knives, solar, roofing, gym memberships — anything — and you want to sell something people actually need without the cold calling
- You're in the southeast region and you want flexibility with real structure and support behind it
What We Need From You
- You're a people person — conversation comes naturally to you
- Some kind of customer-facing or sales background, even if it's informal
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- You're coachable and willing to learn a new industry from scratch
- Willing to get licensed — licensing is discussed during the interview, including options that don't require you to pay for it yourself, plus reimbursement opportunities
- Available to work full-time, primarily Monday through Friday
