Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

This remote LCSW role gives you the opportunity to support clients from a private workspace while still doing personal, thoughtful clinical work. You will provide therapy through telehealth, listen closely to each client's concerns, and help them make sense of the challenges affecting their daily life. The work includes intake sessions, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, and progress reviews. You will help clients build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and take practical steps toward healthier patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients for scheduled virtual therapy sessions
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect each client's current needs and goals
  • Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
  • Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes
  • Identify safety concerns and follow appropriate clinical protocols
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ethical care standards
  • Use telehealth tools and electronic records to manage client care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Texas LCSW license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions
