Position Overview

Crystal Cove Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing essential mental health services to diverse populations. As a vital member of our community health clinic, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients' emotional and psychological well-being through tailored therapeutic interventions and support.

Work Environment

This role is set in a dynamic and supportive remote work environment, allowing you to perform your responsibilities from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team. Although primarily remote, regular virtual meetings with colleagues and supervision will be a part of your routine. You may also be involved in occasional onsite activities that strengthen community connections and support client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Deliver quality individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of your clients.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, updating them on patient progress, concerns, and any changes in treatment needs.
  • Consult regularly with families and support systems to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and continuity of care.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical encounters, including accurate clinical notes and progress reports in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Provide support for discharge planning, coordinating care with external service providers and connecting clients with necessary community resources to promote long-term recovery.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with advancements in mental health practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crystal Cove Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your expertise will contribute to supporting clients from different backgrounds, all with the shared goal of improving their mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Possession of active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in electronic documentation systems and basic computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibit self-direction, and maintain exceptional organizational skills.
Preferred Experience

Experience working with underserved populations, familiarity with behavioral health best practices, and additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques are preferred. Proficiency in languages other than English would be a valuable asset in our diverse client community.

Compensation and Benefits
