Do you like looking at beautiful houses? Do you like earning money for helping someone buy a beautiful home?

Our real estate brokerage is looking to add agents over the next 12 months. If you've got what it takes to join our team, then you'll earn $50,0000 in your first year GUARANTEED, or we'll pay you the difference. You'll make $80,000-$100k if you're good, $150,000 and up if you're great! If you're excited about having a career like this, then we want to talk to you.

No experience required.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 On Target Earnings


Responsibilities:

Daily duties of a full-time, 100%-commission real estate agent that makes $150k+ per year:

  • Talk to & meet with customers looking to buy a home

  • Consult with clients about the homebuying process

  • Find & show beautiful homes that match client criteria

  • Prepare & negotiate winning offers for clients' dream homes

  • Attend inspections and closings

  • Give excellent customer service

  • Create clients for life!


Qualifications:
  • Enjoys talking to people and building relationships

  • Doesn’t back down from a challenge or give up easily

  • Real estate license (previously obtained or in process)

  • Background in sales is a plus

  • Comfortable with technology

  • Strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "problem solving"
