Job description

Caddis Capital Management is the management company for Alpine Home Medical, Copper Star Home Medical Supplies and You Can Home Medical. We have proudly been in business over 28-years. We provide support to over 240 employees in Utah, Colorado, Arizona and Idaho.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for interacting with customers on PAP or compression therapy, and providing the best service and supplies possible in a quick and efficient manner. This position will rely heavily on exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of third-party medical insurance reimbursement requirements.

This is an hourly plus commission position. Average commission earnings of $750 per month with a high performer earning $1,200 per month. No cap on commission.

Role Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must be able to identify customer needs and process orders accurately, build and foster positive customer relationships, and problem solve as needed
  • Contact existing patients who are currently on PAP therapy regarding product usage and complained, evaluating customer needs and providing solutions
  • Must be familiar with the order confirmation process
  • Maintain open communications with customers and referral sources
  • Prepare appropriate documentation for billing, key all documentation, verify all information for accuracy
  • Professionally assist customer issues and questions over-the-phone when needed; handle a certain number of emails & phone calls
  • Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management

What We'll Need from You:

  • The Customer Service Rep must be a polite and cooperative team member with a positive, self-start attitude
  • Must have superior over-the-phone customer service skills, with the ability to quickly identify customers needs, and provide effective solutions
  • Must have effective computer skills, with an ability to multi-task
  • Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have attention to detail, and be able to accurately perform data entry
  • A High School diploma or a G.E.D.

What We'd Also Like to See:

While not required, some big marks in your favor would include: prior experience with medical insurance providers, any previous HME experience, an associate's degree, and bilingual skills (Spanish/English). Candidates with any previous medical insurance billing experience or any billing systems are highly encouraged to apply.
