Suburban Pest Control is looking for a motivated, friendly, and goal-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! If you're passionate about helping customers, enjoy solving problems, and are excited by the opportunity to drive results, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
As a CSR, you'll play a key role in growing our business by:
  • Following up with leads.
  • Building relationships with potential customers.
  • Closing sales via phone and email.
  • You’ll also provide top-tier customer support, making sure our clients feel valued and informed every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via phone and email in a sales and service capacity.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
  • Use our CRM to create and send proposals.
  • Follow up on quotes and ensure agreements are completed.
  • Close sales efficiently and professionally.
  • Review and reconcile sales reports.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
