  1. Inbound buyer and seller leads from Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, Opcity, MarketVIP, EZ Home Search team PPC
  2. A pipeline built to keep leads flowing so you're never starting from zero
  3. Follow Up Boss CRM + Dotloop + proven speed-to-lead systems designed to help you respond faster, follow up properly, and convert more
  4. Coaching and accountability from three founding leaders who've collectively built nine-figure annual real estate organizations
  5. Infrastructure that supports long-term business growth — not short-term bursts
  6. A realistic path to earning $100,000+ per year for agents who work the system

What You'll Do:


  1. Work with buyer and seller clients from first contact to closing
  2. Respond quickly to inbound leads and set appointments
  3. Manage follow-up using Follow Up Boss CRM and our proven systems
  4. Participate in coaching, accountability calls, and Level Up Academy training
  5. Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

Compensation Location:


  1. Commission-based with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year
  2. East Coast Florida — Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Indian River County
  3. Powered by LPT Realty
  4. Multiple production paths available as you grow
  5. Stock opportunities available


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay Commission pay
