Job description

Job Summary: Campbell Kia of Missoula is looking for a service advisor to join our team! As a service advisor you will check service customers in, review work being performed, and provide a customer focused approach to the service process with updates, advice, and briefing. This job is great for someone who enjoys engaging with our community, building relationships, and looking for a flexible schedule allowing for 3 day weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customer warmly and assess reason for visit
  • The Service Advisor/Writer is responsible for the entire customer service experience
  • Generate estimates, suggest services and advise of any current promotional products/services
  • Advise customers on the routine care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
  • Communicate to the customer on targeted completion time
  • Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time
  • Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions
  • Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • The Service Advisor will maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings as set by dealership service manager
 
Qualifications
  • Experience is required (1 years)
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Prior experience with Tekion DMS preferred but not required
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
