RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Reports To: Retail Store Manager
Location: 161 Texas Rd., Old Bridge, NJ 08857
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Weekdays + Weekends (Seasonal Flexibility Required)
Pay: $720 – $1,000/week + sales commissions + bonuses + growth opportunities

Mystic Pools has provided expert pool service, repairs, and retail support throughout Central New Jersey since 2007. We are a family-owned company known for high standards, strong systems, and quality customer service.
Our retail store is focused on helping customers solve problems, not just selling products. We train our team to confidently guide customers, recommend the right solutions, and deliver a professional experience every time.
We also keep things fun — including seasonal transitions like converting into a Halloween store in the fall.
What You’ll Do
- Test pool water and explain results to customers
 - Recommend chemicals, equipment, and solutions based on customer needs
 - Assist customers with product selection and purchases
 - Process transactions accurately through POS (Square)
-  Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
-  Follow daily checklists and store procedures
 - Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
 - Support seasonal promotions and in-store events
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
 - Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
 - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 - Organized and able to follow systems and procedures
 - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
