Job Description
We're seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial construction projects on behalf of one of our top-tier clients known for delivering complex, large-scale builds. This organization has built a reputation for executing landmark projects with precision, strong leadership, and a collaborative team culture. You'll play a critical role driving projects from early planning through final delivery while working alongside experienced construction professionals.
Objective
We're seeking a Sr P6 Scheduler to join one of our premier construction clients known for delivering complex, high-visibility projects with precision and discipline. This organization values strong planning, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication across all levels of a project. You'll be a key driver in ensuring projects are strategically planned and executed from start to finish.
Objective
Develop and manage detailed project schedules across the full construction lifecycle, ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project controls while supporting informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to support accurate planning and tracking
  • Perform time impact analysis to assess schedule changes, delays, and risks
  • Partner with project teams to gather updates and adjust schedules based on field progress
  • Communicate schedule performance, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Experience in construction scheduling across the full project lifecycle
  • Background working with a General Contractor on commercial projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
  • Strong understanding of scheduling logic, sequencing, and critical path methods
  • Experience performing time impact analysis and delay evaluations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
