We are looking for a driven and intellectually curious Sales Director, CTV to join our growing team and help expand Pixalate's presence within the connected TV and streaming ecosystem. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a clear path to growth — ideal for someone with a strong foundation in CTV/OTT or ad tech sales who is ready to take ownership of a CTV-focused book of business and make their mark.

You will work closely with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders to close meaningful deals and build lasting partnerships with streaming platforms, CTV publishers, and other key players in the connected TV advertising ecosystem.

• Own the full sales cycle within CTV — from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close — consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly new business targets.
• Develop deep expertise in the CTV/streaming ad tech landscape, industry compliance, fraud protection, and your clients' specific business challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CTV/streaming prospects and clients, articulating Pixalate's value proposition with clarity and conviction.
• Sell solutions, not features — understand client pain points and structure deals that create genuine, mutual value.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities within the CTV ecosystem, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy by sharing actionable CTV market intelligence and field insights with leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data Science, Ad Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within CTV/OTT specifically — direct experience selling into or partnering with streaming platforms, connected TV publishers, or CTV-focused DSPs/SSPs.
• Strong working knowledge of the CTV/streaming ad tech ecosystem — you understand how the supply chain works, who the key players are, and where the pain points lie.
• Experience selling to technical and product stakeholders (CTOs, Product Managers, Ad Ops leads, Data Science teams) and comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Familiarity with ad fraud, brand safety, and privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR) as they apply to CTV and streaming environments is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding targets, including experience closing 5–7 figure CTV deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, operate with a high degree of ownership, and can build and grow a CTV-focused book of business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to be directly in control of your career trajectory and earning potential.
