Job description

Overview:
ROLE: Data Architect (SI Level)
Experience Required:
12-18 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Define enterprise-level data architecture blueprint and standards
• Design scalable ingestion pipelines for systems such as AMI, CIS, OMS, GIS, SCADA, and Billing
• Develop canonical data models for enterprise-wide data sharing
• Ensure scalability, performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery architecture
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and platform engineering teams
Technical Skills:
• Cloud Platforms: Azure (ADF, Synapse, Databricks), AWS, GCP
• Architecture Patterns: Data Lakehouse, Lambda/Kappa architectures, Event Streaming
• Integration Technologies: APIs, ESB, Kafka, MQTT, REST, SOAP
• Data Governance: Data Quality rules, lineage, metadata management, MDM strategies
• Security: RBAC, encryption, network isolation, audit logging
Domain Experience (Preferred):
• Utility meter data schemas
• Event and interval data analytics
• Customer and asset data modeling
• Outage & reliability analytics (SAIDI, SAIFI)
