The Role: The Backbone of the Deal

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and high-energy Automotive Biller / Title Clerk to join our back-office powerhouse.

In this role, you arenโ€™t just "filing papers"โ€”you are the final gatekeeper of our transactions, ensuring that every title, tax document, and sales contract is executed with 100% accuracy and compliance.

ย Job Description (Responsibilities)
    • Precision Costing: Responsible for the proper costing and posting of all vehicles sold, calculating profits, and setting up receivables/liabilities.
    • Commission Management: Accurately calculate sales commissions for the team.
    • Transaction Recording: Record all vehicle transactions to accounting and record purchased vehicles into inventory.
    • Tax & Title: Prepare tax and title documents while maintaining strict compliance with all Titling laws and filing requirements.
    • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements, accounting schedules, and product aftermarket submissions.
    • Lender Liaison: Prepare paperwork for lenders to obtain funding and verify all funds due have been collected and documented.
    • Floor Plan & Payoffs: Process payments to floor plan institutions and prepare payoff checks for trade-ins while following up on all trade titles.
    • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems within the costing process.
    • After-Sale Support: Process after-sale warranties and related documents for month-end.
    • Confidentiality: Maintain an elevated level of confidentiality regarding all dealership and customer data.
ย Job Requirements
    • Experience: 2 years of Automotive Billing experience is required. Prior dealership or automotive titling experience is also required.

    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting practices as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Operational Excellence: You will operate a clean, organized, and presentable workplace with a strong attention to detail.

    • Fast-Paced Professionalism: An initiative-taker with the ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

    • Critical Thinking: Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
