Job description

The Enablement Delivery Specialist is a pivotal execution-focused role within the GTM Enablement organization, responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of world-class training experiences.  Reporting to the Manager of Delivery, this role ensures that every training event, from foundational bootcamps to advanced skill-building workshops, is delivered with the logistical precision and professional excellence required to drive field performance.

You will act as the "Producer" and "Emcee" for our regular and ad-hoc in-person and virtual events, serving as the connective tissue between strategic program design and field-facing execution. 

Based in Chicago, USA, you will thrive in a high-growth environment that values intellectual honesty, radical accountability, and a "team first" mindset. 

Success in this role means moving beyond simple event planning and facilitation to become a trusted partner who enhances the learner experience and provides critical insights for continuous enablement improvement.

ResponsibilitiesTraining Event Orchestration and Logistics
  • End-to-End Management: Own the full logistical lifecycle for in-person training events, including venue selection, meeting room configuration, catering, and on-site technology
  • Operational Precision: Ensure flawless accuracy in scheduling, invitations, reminders, and learner communications across all assigned sessions
  • Execution Reliability: Execute assigned tasks within scope and on time using project management tools, maintaining high delivery reliability
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Workplace and TRO teams to orchestrate seamless delivery, owning handoffs and vendor coordination with "radical follow-through"
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate program data (attendance, survey results) with zero critical errors, ensuring visibility for stakeholders
Event Production and Emceeing
  • Producer Role: Serve as the event "Producer" and "Emcee," ensuring smooth delivery and strong participant engagement throughout every session
  • Platform Mastery: Operate core delivery platforms (Zoom, LMS, virtual classroom tools) with full proficiency, eliminating technical disruptions
  • Content Delivery: Follow facilitation guides and scripts to deliver established content with consistent professional quality and tone
  • Live Engagement: Manage live interactions, including polls, Q&A, and breakouts, while reading the audience and adjusting pacing based on real-time signals
  • Facilitator Support: Act as the primary point of contact for facilitators and SMEs, ensuring they are set up for success and the environment is optimized for learning
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
  • Insight Gathering: Gather structured feedback from attendees after every session to measure program effectiveness and learner confidence
  • Actionable Synthesis: Synthesize learner sentiment into actionable insights, providing content designers with specific observations on confusion or engagement drops
  • Quality Cycle: Identify content improvement opportunities based on learner reactions and escalate them with specific proposed fixes
  • Knowledge Management: Document delivery processes and issue resolutions in the team knowledge base to ensure work is person-independent
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, ideally within a corporate or high-growth technology environment
  • Training Background: Ideally 1 year of experience in training management or enablement delivery. Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate with precision and build trusted partnerships. You are known for professional poise and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Technical Proficiency: Full proficiency in operating delivery platforms (Zoom, LMS) and project management tools. Experience with Mac and Google Suite is preferred
  • Organizational Rigor: Immaculate attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without sacrificing quality
  • Communication: Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the confidence to emcee for large groups of enterprise sales and services professionals
