Call Center Sales | Commission + Bonus | $45,000–$75,000+

Good Feet Midwest is looking for a confident, consultative salesperson to engage warm leads, schedule qualified appointments, retain at-risk customers, and resolve concerns—all primarily by phone.
What You’ll Earn

What You’ll Do
Convert Leads Into Appointments and Sales
  • Engage warm inbound and outbound leads by phone, email, and CRM
  • Ask effective questions to understand each customer’s needs and motivation
  • Clearly communicate the value of Good Feet products and the potential impact on a customer’s daily life
  • Confidently address hesitation, overcome objections, and ask for the appointment or next commitment

Retain Customers and Restore Trust
  • Work with dissatisfied or at-risk customers to understand concerns and identify appropriate solutions
  • De-escalate difficult conversations while maintaining confidence and control of the call
  • Rebuild customer trust and protect the relationship
  • Document conversations, commitments, and resolutions accurately

Deliver a High-Performance Call-Center Experience
  • Manage a steady queue of inbound and outbound calls
  • Balance call quality, efficiency, sales conversion, and first-call resolution
  • Meet individual expectations for appointment conversion, retention, call quality, follow-up, and productivity
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment information

Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of recent call-center or contact-center experience
  • Demonstrated success in phone sales, retention, appointment setting, renewals, upselling, or account saves
  • Experience working toward measurable goals such as conversion rate, sales quota, retention rate, or call-quality targets
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decisions without relying on a script alone
  • Confidence handling objections and asking customers for a clear commitment
  • Strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage calls and document activity in multiple systems simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Experience in a commissioned or incentive-based role
  • Experience with warm-lead conversion, customer retention, inside sales, or appointment setting
  • Healthcare, wellness, consumer services, telecommunications, insurance, or subscription-sales experience

Schedule
This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. Team coverage is provided during the following business hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Schedules vary based on business needs and include evenings and weekends. Candidates should be comfortable working within a rotating call-center schedule.
