Are you the kind of designer who gets genuinely excited about beautiful spaces and checking things off your project list? Do you love turning ideas into real, buildable plans—and seeing them through from start to finish? Are you a space planning powerhouse?

CBH Homes is looking for an Interior Design Coordinator to work directly alongside our Director of Brand and Vision, ready to help bring commercial projects to life with creativity and precision.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate, high-achieving, detail-obsessed and takes pride in getting projects completed—not just started.

What You’ll Do:

As our Interior Design Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in design execution, space planning and project support. You’ll help turn established design concepts into clear, accurate plans that contractors and teams can confidently follow—and ensure projects are moving forward smoothly.

You’ll help with:

  • Space planning and interior layout development (commercial/office design)
  • Drafting detailed plans in AutoCAD and/or Sketchup 3D
  • Supporting the execution of interior design selections and concepts
  • Communicating designs clearly through drawings and documentation
  • Coordinating with multiple teams and leaders to keep projects moving forward
  • Tracking details and ensuring accuracy, including installation & construction oversight
  • Following through from concept handoff to completion

We’re looking for:

  • A true go-getter who loves crossing the finish line
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Detail-driven and dependable
  • Confident in communicating plans and design intent
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to embrace change and move quickly towards solutions
  • Excited to support and collaborate as part of a team

Requirements

Must have:

  • Experience using AutoCAD
  • Strong drafting and space planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with care

Bonus points (not required):

  • Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling & rendering tools
  • Knowledge of construction documentation
  • Knowledge of IBC Building Codes
  • Understanding of graphic communication & presentations
