Mitigation Coordinator

SI Restoration is a 24/7 water, fire and mold mitigation and restoration company. We have been restoring customers homes for over 37 years. We are looking for a Mitigation Coordinator, with experience in our industry, to join our team.

Summary Of Essential Duties:

The Mitigation Coordinator is responsible for various administrative functions including but not limited to, answering customer calls, initial job intake, gathering all the required information and reviewing for accuracy, entering jobs into our system and syncing: (PSA, Timeero, Encircle), scheduling crews, following up with customers and crews, reviewing foreman's paperwork for accuracy and updating notes and dates in multiple databases, updating clients on job progress and resolving general customer concerns. This position will be on call every other weekend, taking new loss calls, entering job information and scheduling the on-call Foreman.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully one must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below will represent the knowledge and skills to perform such duties:

  • Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred
  • The ability to handle stressful situations is a must
  • Strong Customer Service/People skills
  • Construction/Repairs experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think and reason strategically
  • Must be self motivated
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong computer and technology skills, Microsoft Office, email, etc
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests
  • Possess a high school diploma or higher education
