WMS Application Consultant
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead WMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support.
  • Analyze customer warehouse operations and configure WMS workflows to support receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management processes.
  • Facilitate discovery, document business requirements, and recommend best-practice warehouse solutions.
  • Provide go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and partner with customers to ensure a successful transition to the new system.
Required Skills/Education
  • Experience with Warehouse management systems / warehouse application​
    • Infor WMS (WM 4000, WM9, SCE)
    • Warehouse Management Experience
    • Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL)
    • CloudSuite Distribution (CSD)
  • Receiving, Putaway, Order Selection, Replenishment, Inventory Control, Shipping and warehouse business processes
  • Business processes for warehouse processes
  • Conduct effective needs analysis
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel up to 30-40%
