This sales position does offer a base pay + uncapped commission opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Generate and close new Personal Lines insurance policies through a mix of both inbound and outbound opportunities such as referrals, cross-selling, proactive outreach, and opportunities within the agencys existing book of business
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, referral partners, and clients throughout the sales process
  • Navigate carrier systems, quoting platforms, and front-line underwriting guidelines to place business effectively and accurately
  • Maintain organized, accurate documentation while consistently following up on leads, referrals, quote opportunities, and pipeline activity within agency CRM and AMS systems
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency growth goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
  • Deliver a professional, efficient, and high-energy sales experience from initial contact through onboarding

Requirements
  • Must already possess a valid NC Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Life insurance license is a plus, but not required upon hire
  • Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines insurance experience within an agency environment preferred
  • Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance and growth
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally
