Allstate Insurance Sales Producer

Schaller Insurance Allstate Exclusive Agency is seeking an experienced, career-oriented Sales Producer.

This position requires a Property and Casualty license or the ability to acquire one in the next 30 days. The preferred candidate will have at least 2-5 years of sales experience.


Must be willing to work Saturday's.

Commission and bonus structure based off of performance. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Commission is based on a % of written premium

Requirements: must have personal lines OR Property & Casualty license

Job Responsibilities

-Write new policies from both inside and outside the book of business.
-Council our large customer base on their total insurance needs- IN PERSON.
-Handle daily service work efficiently.
-Develops agency relationship with existing customers
-Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and action
-Comfortably recommends adequate insurance coverage
