High call volumes and varying customer needs require strong communication and multitasking skills. Overcoming these challenges involves staying organized, actively listening to customer concerns, and continually improving product knowledge and sales techniques. Supportive team environments and regular coaching sessions can also help agents refine their approach and boost performance.
