This role is crucial in connecting potential and pre existing patients with effectively scheduled appointments for our valuable services, and hearing evaluations with our Hearing Aid Specialists. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct calls professionally and efficiently to our patients.
- Set appointments based on customer preferences and team availability.

- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system. (CRM = Customer Profiles, Schedule, Notes)

- Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and success.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (or related)  with a focus on appointment setting.

- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
