We're building a team of leaders who live and breathe fitness - professionals who take ownership of performance, sales, and team development. The Fitness Sales Manager is not just a title - it's a mission. You'll lead a team of elite personal trainers, drive the growth of our training department, and embody the Gold's Gym standard of excellence.

Why Gold's
You'll have access to:

•        A powerful, recognized global brand
•        A large, diverse membership base
•        Proven mentorship and career growth opportunities
•        A professional culture that rewards results and leadership Gold's Gym isn't a hobby gym - and this definitely isn't a hobby role.
This Role Is About Leadership + Results

This is a performance-based leadership position inside one of the most respected names in fitness. Success here is built on measurable outcomes -  sales growth, staff development, and client satisfaction.
Your success will depend on:

•        Your ability to lead, coach, and develop personal trainers
•        Your skill in driving personal training sales with integrity and enthusiasm
•        Your consistency in creating systems that sustain growth
•        Your willingness to be on the floor, coaching and connecting with members daily
If you thrive on accountability, growth, and measurable results - this is where you belong.
Core Responsibilities
•        Lead, mentor, and manage the Personal Training team
•        Drive all aspects of personal training sales, revenue, and member conversion
•        Conduct fitness assessments, onboarding sessions, and sales presentations
•        Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing trainers
•        Manage schedules, session bookings, and department operations
•        Track team performance metrics -  sales, session volume, retention, and engagement
•        Foster an elite culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous education
•        Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute major club events and initiatives
•        Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor to build member relationships and visibility

What Sets Our Best Managers Apart
Our top-performing Fitness Sales Managers:
•        Build, coach, and develop teams that perform

•        Are confident, professional, and sales-driven
•        Thrive in target-driven environments
•        Communicate clearly and follow up consistently
•        Continue their own professional and fitness education relentlessly
•        Care deeply about member results, team culture, and business growth
This Role Is Not for You If
•        You avoid accountability and feedback
•        You're uncomfortable with goal-driven sales
•        You struggle with time management or consistency
•        You avoid being on the gym floor
•        You're seeking a "desk job" rather than a leadership position

Requirements

•        CPR/AED Certification (current)
•        Minimum 2 years of personal training experience

•        Professional appearance, leadership presence, and effective communication skills
•        Ability to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor

Compensation & Benefits
•        Free Education and Credits towards CECs
•        Discounts on Certifications
•        Commission & Bonus Structure
•        Free Gold's Gym Membership to our locations
•        20% Employee Discount on clothing and products

•        7 Paid Holidays + Vacation Pay
•        Growth Opportunities Across Our Expanding Gold's Gym Network
**Relocation assistance not provided**
