Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a UX Content Writer.
Responsibilities:
* Commitment to user-centricity by carefully curating clear, concise, and meaningful language to design end-to-end user experiences that help our customers accomplish their most challenging goals
* Write with a mobile and customer first mindset to ensure we are setting clear expectations and guiding users through our mobile experiences.
* Work closely with the content team to shape the UX writing style, utilizing brand positioning, customer experience vision and UX best practices to inform and define style guidelines
* Collaborate with UX designers to ensure content is delivered in the most impactful way to our consumers
REQUIREMENTS:
* Current portfolio of work that demonstrates knowledge and skill in experience writing
* 2+ years of experience as an Experience Writer or Experience Designer specializing in writing, OR 6+ years in an Experience Writing-related role (e.g., Writer, Copywriter, Product Designer, Information Architect, Visual Designer, Interaction Designer, Researcher, etc.)
* Advanced knowledge of Experience Design principles and deliverables (e.g., designs, wireframes, prototypes, etc.).
* Advanced ability to communicate writing and design concepts effectively, build consensus, and justify decisions
* Ability to work through complex design solutions and understand the technology behind those solutions
* Clear understanding of mobile best practices and writing for the mobile environment
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
* History of proactive communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
* Experience balancing an Agile work environment and iterative product development while maintaining a cohesive and holistic view of the overall customer journey
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
