The Goldsmith Insurance Agency is seeking an outgoing and self-motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. If you have a proven sales background but no prior insurance experience, that's perfectly finewe provide comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling various insurance products. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend appropriate coverage options. The Insurance Agent will work both independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Educate clients on policy features and benefits and assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

Product Knowledge: Learn the various insurance products that we offer and be able to explain them to clients as well as recommend the appropriate coverages to protect our client's assets

Marketing & Outreach: Provide marketing support to promote insurance offerings within the community. Maintain and create strong community ties within the Simi Valley and surrounding areas.

Sales Administration: Administer sales processes, including accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and record-keeping.


Requirements

Sales Acumen: Proven sales and/or customer service experience is essential. Your ability to sell is what matters most.

Goal-Oriented: Highly disciplined and motivated by hitting performance targets and achieving significant financial results.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with prospects and explaining complex policies.
