Description

Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is seeking a Partner Engagement and Policy Compliance SME to support a prospective effort with the Global Positioning Network (GPN) Program Office (PO). This is a Contingent Hire position.

AMSG delivers high-quality program and performance management services across a broad federal portfolio. Our clients include the Department of Defense (DoD), (including Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Position Summary

Lead partner-engagement planning and assess whether external GPN agreements and operational frameworks align with Marine Corps logistics policy, posture, and warfighting concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze GPN partner agreements, international protocols, and host-nation support structures for policy alignment.

Draft engagement strategies, objectives, bilateral agendas, and senior-leader preparation materials.

Assess external network operations against evolving Service-level logistics posture and warfighting concepts.

Coordinate with Joint, allied, host-nation, policy, governance, and operational stakeholders.

Prepare policy-compliance assessments and executive-level recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Senior experience in international, Joint, or partner engagement; military logistics policy; or security-cooperation planning.

Ability to interpret policy and translate it into practical engagement objectives and compliance assessments.

Strong executive writing, facilitation, diplomacy, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Ability and willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Active Secret clearance and eligibility for a DoD CAC.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with host-nation agreements, multinational logistics, security cooperation, or international protocols.

Marine Corps, Navy, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command headquarters experience.

Work Conditions

Work may be performed on-site at the Pentagon or Quantico, Virginia, or at a contractor facility, as designated by the Government.

Government business hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday; the workday must support Government business hours.

Some positions may require CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Employment is contingent upon contract award, position availability, verification of qualifications, and satisfaction of security and onboarding requirements.
