Job description

Hospitality Market Manager - Savannah
HOTELHelp is growing rapidly and looking for an energetic bilingual leader to help build and support our Savannah hospitality market.
This role is ideal for someone with hotel supervisory experience who is ready to grow into a larger leadership opportunity. Candidates with Housekeeping Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or hospitality leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, people-oriented, and ready to help build a market alongside a growing company.
Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, onboard, and support hospitality associates
Build strong relationships with hotel clients and employees
Help maintain staffing levels for hotel partners
Support employee engagement and retention
Coordinate hiring pipelines and candidate follow-up
Attend hiring events and recruiting activities
Verify employee hours and submit payroll information
Communicate regularly with both field associates and the corporate office
Help grow and strengthen the Savannah market
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
Hospitality supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Recruiting, staffing, or employee relations experience is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Established connections within the local hospitality community are a plus
Reliable transportation required
Authorized to work in the United States
Willing to complete background screening
