Job description

The hotel housekeeping supervisor is responsible for overseeing and training housekeeping staff, ensuring that hotel 

rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and training housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of work and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available and properly stored.
  • Coordinating special projects such as deep cleaning, vermin control, and room inventories.
  • Conducting training sessions for housekeeping colleagues as required.
  • Performing room inspections to ensure compliance with 5-star resort standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records on staff performance, guest satisfaction levels, and other hotel standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements.
  • Attending all property trainings and meetings as required.
  • Other duties as needed
  • Variable days and hours based on occupancy. Must be available for weekends.
