Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Response: Contact brokerage-provided leads immediately, qualify their needs, and schedule consultations.

  • Buyer Representation: Conduct showings using OneKey MLS, prepare offers, and guide clients through inspections.

  • CRM Management: Track every lead and client interaction in the brokerage CRM with active follow-up tasks.

  • Training Attendance: Participate in live sessions to refine lead-conversion scripts and closing techniques.

  • Pay: Commission pay ($40,000 - $120,000+ annually)
